Assalamualaikum..
So,my weight currently still 71.7kg.Yup.No progress.So,lepas ramai dah tegur eh dah sihat la,eh makin besar la,eh punggung lebar la,n then ur hubby cakap GEMUK,then i realized something need to be done!
So here is my diary.
Im currently on Atkins Diet.Day 4 already.Tanpa nasi.T_T.
Tahu x apa tu Atkins Diet?Malas nak cakap banyak.Please google n make ur own research ok.Hari ni cuma nak kongsi resipi je tau untuk breakfast,lunch n dinner.So let's enjoy the photos!
Breakfast : Hard boiled egg with a slice of cheddar cheese
Lunch : Fried chicken breast with vege n a tsp of BBQ sauce.So nak makan,amik ayam put into the lettuce n wrap.
Dinner : Lala soup with vege n 2 scramble white eggs n black pepper powder.
Dinner : Grilled chicken ball with vege in BBQ sauce with cucumber as salad
Breakfast :Hard boiled egg with white pepper powder n a slice of cheese
Lunch : Homemade meatball(mix with diced cauliflower,spring onion n schallot) n tomato puree as a sauce
Snack : Brocoli,cherry tomato n cucumber mix with a pinch of mayo.
Alhamdulillah day 4 still survive tapi sadly today dah melantak 2 biji ketupat manis yg akak ofis bg..Coz dah lama terliur.Huhu...Xpe esok kita jogging untuk cover balik ya!
